Bric<\/strong> is an architectural studio based in Managua, Nicaragua, dedicated to the development of architectural and artistic projects. The jobs carried out by the office vary in typology and scale, from residential, commercial\/hospitality architecture, interior design, to the projection of cultural spaces; each of our proposals is based on a thorough study of the environmental conditions of the site of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Bric we do not believe in pre-existing recipes, each project is unique. For Us, the light, the wind, the views and the people, are the true protagonists of our designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The office\u2019s work has been published in different national and international media, such as Domus<\/em><\/strong> magazine<\/em> and the prestigious website ArchDaily<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. Bric also has participated in several international competitions, standing out in Tiny Home Community<\/em><\/strong> in Raleigh North Carolina in 2015 where our proposal was on the shortlist made by the jury . In 2017 Bric was selected as part of the Young Architects in Latin America<\/strong><\/em> publication,  promoted by CA\u2019ASI<\/strong>, Architecture-Studio in Venice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
