Bric is an architectural studio based in Managua, Nicaragua, dedicated to the development of architectural and artistic projects. The jobs carried out by the office vary in typology and scale, from residential, commercial/hospitality architecture, interior design, to the projection of cultural spaces; each of our proposals is based on a thorough study of the environmental conditions of the site of the project.

At Bric we do not believe in pre-existing recipes, each project is unique. For Us, the light, the wind, the views and the people, are the true protagonists of our designs.

The office’s work has been published in different national and international media, such as Domus magazine and the prestigious website ArchDaily. Bric also has participated in several international competitions, standing out in Tiny Home Community in Raleigh North Carolina in 2015 where our proposal was on the shortlist made by the jury . In 2017 Bric was selected as part of the Young Architects in Latin America publication,  promoted by CA’ASI, Architecture-Studio in Venice.
